Mozzarella is the famous cheese produced
in Campania and southern Lazio,
indispensable for the making of the
genuine Neapolitan pizza.

It´s extremely delicate and should be
eaten immediately.
There are two different kinds. One made of cowmilk
and the other, the "real" one, made
from
the milk of the black water buffalo.
In
this tour we will go to visit a farm and the real Mediterranean Black
Buffalo, we will see a movie about the
production of the mozzarella and off
course at the end we will taste the main
products made by Buffalo milk.
We will start with the mozzarella, the
first step of the production, than we
eat “ricotta”, white “cacio cavallo”,
smoked “cacio cavallo”, smoked “provola”
and, at the end, parmesan made by Buffalo
Milk.
